We are well underway with planting our vegetables for the spring season. Look closely and you will see one of the asparagus spears that don’t often make it past the exit gate from the garden as they are eaten on the spot. Our green house is full of certified organic veggie seedlings, plant cuttings, and native trees growing to plant around our many shelter belts on the farm or as part of our conservation project. With School holidays underway some of our young people are away so we are throwing lots of effort into catching up with some of these planting tasks.
